Admiral Torel Emago

Torel Emago is the youngest son of an Imperial Advisor to Emperor Palpatine, Counsilor Jeran Emago. Emago was born into a privileged life on Imperial Center, but like his brother wanted to serve in the Navy. Neither one of the Emago boys cared for politics, nor did they particularly care for Coruscant.

Emago placed high in the entrance exams for the Imperial Academy and studied hard throughout his academic career. Due to the combination of his own efforts, his father's political pull, and his brother's reputation as a cunning task force commander, Torel Emago was given the rank of Captain upon graduation from the academy and served under Admiral Fisk in the Senex-Juvex Sector.

Fisk soon discovered that though Emago lacked a natural talent for tactics, he could certainly learn them; however, his strongest attributes seemed to be in administration and the commanding of men. The men of the Senex-Juvex task force (which was part of the 2nd Imperial Fleet) seemed more loyal to Emago than to Admiral Fisk.

Concerned for his safety (believing that his men might mutiny if they became too loyal to Emago), Admiral Fisk sought to "trade" Emago to other fleet commanders. Grand Admiral de Devastator did not feel that such action was fitting of an admiral, and relieved Fisk of any responsibility of rank when she killed him. Immediately she gave Emago a field promotion. It was at this time that Emperor Palpatine assigned the 2nd Imperial Fleet to Dark Lord Domino de Devastator, placing Admiral Emago and his ships (Gamma Battle Group) into the jurisdiction of Deominian space.

Serving with loyalty, distinction, and pride, Admiral Emago has proven himself to be a capable commander. When the Emperor gave the Eclipse Star Destroyer Deathwail to Domino, the Dark Lord did not hesitate in naming Emago as its commanding officer.
