Lieutenant Terry Layher

The extremely beautiful and dangerous "Terry" is an interrogation specialist working for Imperial Intelligence but occasionally loaned to other intelligence agencies within the Empire. She is a human female, 5'3" tall, has black eyes, jet-black shoulder length hair, and has a superior figure with a cosmetically enhanced face.

She tends to wear a black body stocking and micro-skirt rather than any kind of uniform, as she dresses to attract. She is somewhat unpopular in intelligence circles due to a reputation for unsanctioned excess violence and torture. She has, from time to time, been reassigned and otherwise disciplined as a consequence, but is too valuable and effective an interrogator to terminate.

Think about that for a minute -- such cruelty on a newsworthy scale that even the Empire is embarrassed to the point of needing to disassociate itself from her. She is sadistic and more than happy to keep in practice on social acquaintances.

Typically she will use a variety of poisons, paralysis agents and nerve toxins administered with needles to restrained prisoners, and in beverages or via her surgically implanted hardened fingernail injectors in less formal circumstances. She does not carry other weapons, but has received standard Imperial Combat training in hand-to-hand fighting and has in intimate knowledge of pressure points.

She is an expert in all forms of interrogation -- neurological, chemical, psychological and physical torture -- and will typically use all of them on a subject to be assured of accurate extraction of information. Imperial Field Agent Smith of Adjustments has known her since her early days torturing political prisoners (and does not like her or get along with her).

This is definitely not the kind of woman you want to take out on a date, and if you have a meeting with her, bring backup. Her most recent black mark was ejection from the Deominian Sector for unauthorized excessive torture of Deominian prisioners.

Terry's Belongings:

Chemical kit kept in a waist pouch with up to 10 separate chemicals (in 5 mL vials) that can be mixed into over 50 various toxins to achieve a multitude of effects. Effects range from a simple "knockout potion" to a neurotoxin that could kill in seconds, or even a smoke cloud she could use to run to cover.

Terry has had chemical injectors surgically implanted into her fingertips just beneath the fingernails of the index and middle fingers on each hand. The toxins in each of these varies according to Terry's mood & mission. This does not technically make her a cyborg, but she does have cyberpoints
