One of Domino de Devastator's most trusted allies, Tionne IS the very same young musician Jedi from Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy.

de Devastator lured her away from there and found ways to entice her toward the Dark Side without letting her realize the nature of what he was doing.

Once with the Dark Side, she found her abilities magnified. Domino bestowed her title upon her: Grand Lady of Darkness, Mistress of Agony, and Ultimate Administrator of Wickedness.
