As Mulder had hoped, Scully reassured him.
If the Cigarette Smoking Man was playing the role of Darth
Vader in his dreams, then he and Scully would win out in the
end. The road might be a bumpy one but The X-Files division
was its own sort of Millennium Falcon, leading them to the
Truth and victory in the end.
