This is definitely my favorite proof sheet of them all. 4 different figures cards, 2 of which are the main characters of the movie. Not only that, the fronts are different from the production cards! This isn't the best picture but you should be able to notice a few key differences on the front of the proof sheet. First of all, the placement of the nameplates is swithced from the top (on production cards) to the lower right. Second, the nameplates do not state "Action Figure" as do the production cards. Third, "Toht" is not just "Toht". Instead he is "Toht, Evil Henchman". Finally, there is no Belloq offer on the front. Such carded figures (9-backs) do exist without the front offer but, this proof sheet shows the Belloq offer on the back but lacks the offer on the front.

Above you can see the back side of the 4-figure card proof sheet. There are a few minor differences from the production cards like the mailing adress and the offer expiration date. Also, as mentioned before, the back side lacks the glossy finish. This colorful back side really rounds out this item and helps make it another prize piece in my collection.
