Episode 2

A young woman by the name of Lieutenant Marlena Glenn crash-lands upon Eternia. King Randor and Man-at-Arms rush toward the burning wreckage. Lady Evelyn Powers (a.k.a. Lynn) hangs up a dress in her room at the Royal Palace. Lynn feels an ambitious Skeletor gingerly placing his hand upon her shoulder as she hears Hordak laughing in the background. The dream leaps years ahead as the audience sees a more experienced Evil-Lyn hurling a fireball at Skeletor. Skeletor effortlessly raises his Havoc Staff and dissipates the fireball, terrifying the vindictive Evil-Lyn. She backs away, only to bump into Webstor standing behind her with his arms folded and a grin on his face. Evil-Lyn awakens from her dream in a pool of sweat. Gazing at her reflection in the ball of her magic wand, Evil-Lyn subconsciously reaches up and fingers the white hairs upon her uncovered head. Beast-Man, Two Bad, Webstor, and Spikor enter Eternos disguised as peasants. Beast-Man commands a large farm animal to knock over a fruit stand in the marketplace. The citizens argue as the villains pretend to fight each other, causing a chaotic riot. The villains seize the opportunity to pillage and burn the city.

Their riot is interrupted by a blast from a Horde Batmek. The Horde battalion on Eternia attacks Eternos with frightening strength. Horde Troopers advance on the city. Man-at-Arms, Orko, and Dree-Elle organize the Eternian forces to combat the Horde invasion. Civilian rioters get increasingly annoyed at the absence of Teela, their Captain of the Guards. Civilians fight each other. Skeletor's thieves get caught up in the fracas.

Prince Adam and Cringer are on their way back from exile when they see the terrible battle. They transform into He-Man and Battle Cat to help fight the Horde menace. The Horde gains ground and advances upon the Palace. Freeze rays and stun beams fire everywhere. Even Beast-Man and his escorts fight alongside the Eternian Army against the relentless assault out of fear for their own lives. Faker, once again in working condition, emerges from the shadows. He picks up a Horde Destructo-Tank and throws it at a civilian's home, in plain view of everyone there. Faker runs back into the shadows where Evil-Lyn teleports them both to Snake Mountain. He-Man arrives to fight the Horde, but is mercilessly shunned by many of the Eternian heroes and civilians. Mantenna aims the turret from the commanding Horde tank at the main entrance to the city. He-Man deflects the shot, accidentally hitting the roof of the Royal Palace. . .

Wearing a silver bodysuit, a young Adora stands proudly in front of Hordak. Leech slinks away around a corner. Catra clutches the mask she was given two days before. . .and glares at The Horde Insignia upon Adora’s chest. Adora turns around to face a regiment of Horde Troopers saluting her. Hordak places his arm around his new Force Captain, as Adora looks up to see his beaming face.

Double Trouble returns to Whispering Woods after a spying expedition in The Fright Zone. She-Ra and the rebels organize a surprise attack on the Crystal Falls, where Mermista and Frosta are held captive. The rebels gain the upper hand, when She-Ra abruptly falls to her knees with a massive headache. She crawls away to safety, clutching her throbbing head all the while, as the battle rages on. She hears He-Man desperately crying for help. She-Ra reluctantly agrees to leave the Attack of the Crystal Falls. She calls to Light Hope so he can create a dimensional gate to bring her to Eternia. Mermista, now free, thanks She-Ra for her help and encourages her to leave and help her brother, seeing that the Rebellion are now capable of finishing the battle without her. She-Ra runs through the gate, followed by Swift Wind, Madame Razz, Broom, Kowl, and Bow. She-Ra appears on Eternia to find her brother deflecting laser bolts with his sword. . .

On Etheria, Sweet Bee, Granita, and Sea Hawk notice that Double Trouble has disappeared. . .
