Here at Dark Lament we have compiled a list of items available to the Ebon, Brain Waster & the Necanthrope operative. Below you will find a list of equipment and curiousities to satisfy all your needs.

Listed below is a collection of the items available.

• Ebb Crystals.
  Fresh from the Dark Lament 'Shadow Fire' department comes the Ebb crystal. The crystal resembles a cluster of crystalline shards arranged in an artistic fashion set upon a Science Friction plinth. The crystals have a limited ebb storage matrix allowing small flux storage. the crystal, once charged, will give out soothing 'flux waves' to the surrounding area. This has the effect of creating a soothing environment for any Ebons pesent as the Ebb flowing through the room is harmonised by the crystal.
  Ebons report having a blissful sleep with the crystal and Ebons close to the change find the crystals presence a calming one.
  

  • There are two types of Crystal available:
    'Quartz'. Will create a calming effect around a 4ft radius. Cost-100C.
    
    'Emerald'. Will create a calming effect around a 10ft radius. Cost-230C.

  The crystals requires 1 flux to charge and a charge is 2 hours. The maximum storage facility is 10 for the 'Quartz' and 15 for the 'Emerald' crystal. Unfortunately flux stored in the crystal may not be retreived without permanent damage to the crystals matrix rendering it useless. The crystals can be made to glow with whatever colour the charging Ebon desires. The colour remains the same until the charge is spent or until 'topped up'.
  

  Game Effects-
  +2 cool Ebons/ +1 cool non-biogenetic others while in the crystals zone. The crystal needs to be stationary for one hour to 'attune' to it's surroundings. No side effects. No addiction. The crystals are non-cumulative.

  Ebon Heraldry.

  The ultimate purchase in Ebonistic self expression. With these simple Glyphs you can express yourself as no other Ebon can. The process involves two stages of research. The first stage involves an Ebon Soul Caging your mind and rooting out the essence of your personality that best expresses you. Then once this has been accomplished the Ebon Cager will proceed to carve your very soul onto an object (Dark Lament only) of your choice. This process can take up to 14 days to complete. Once this process is finished the glyphs carved onto the object will enable you to express your emotions in previously unheard of ways.
  Ebons using this system have reportedly been far more at ease telling people about the way they feel and to be understood, although not wholy, by Humans is a breath taking experience.

  The Heraldry exposes the inermost feelings of the Ebon and this can be a great help to the Ebon in helping other non-Ebons understand just how the Ebon feels. As the glyphs are unique to the Ebon they will only work for who they were created for.

  Game effects-
  An Ebon wearing heraldry will gain +1 CHA and will have a far easier time in social interactions. People talking to the Ebon (non stressful situation)will feel as though the Ebon is honest and true (unless obviously lying). This will give the Ebon +1 to the seduce skill if already possessed. If a person actively tries to upset the Ebon whilst they are carrying (and using) their glyphs they will receive a bonus of +1 to upset the Ebon as their feelings are exposed. If an Ebon in possession of a set of Heraldry Glyphs gains (or looses) three ranks in any Psychological disorder or phobia, the glyphs will have to be replaced. The glyphs do not work at all if the Ebon suffers the Dream Demons or is reliant on White noise.
  When used by a Necanthrope the glyphs [D-NOTICE].

  The cost of a set of Heraldry glyphs is 2500C
