Description: A bussengeist is the spectral form of a person who died in a great calamity brought on by his own actions. Such a creature looks as it did in life, except tht it is partically transparent. The creatures are drawn to disasters, where they generate an aura of despair. Bussengeists do not attack; the aura they create causes combat penalties to creatures within 120 feet.
