Old News:

I don't believe I'll be doing much more GMing...I'll be having to get a job of some sort before much longer:(, and that will probably take up most of my free time. If I can manage it, I'll try for time off to attend summer camp so I can do some playing with the guys. I'm afraid I don't see it happening, though:( So, I'll probably post the NPC roughs in a separate file for everyone's use. I'll try and keep the updates coming as I've got stuff to post here, but I doubt that I'll get as much stuff done as normal for the next month or so. I'll have more time once school gets out, I hope, but till then, I don't know.

The Latest: Most recently we haven't done anything. No characters have been replaced, though it looks like one of the current characters will be moving in the direction of rigger while another will be replaced with a decker. Next game will be whenever I get around to it. Would be this weekend, but I'm gonna be in California for most of the next week. Next possible chance will be sometime near the end of April with another possible game (or two) in May. After that, it gets difficult because I've got to get a job :( which is gonna make it real hard to go for late-night, long-hours games that would be played at summer camp:( I'm gonna really hate having to miss that.

Latest News: We managed to accomplish some downtime last game session (it was about all we could do, only two guys managed to show): I managed to intro one new NPC (not as much as I'd like, but it's a start), which should allow me to set up a whole plot-line:) Otherwise, it's been rather quiet...One of the not-so-active players/munchies has picked up the Shadowrun Companion (and has already started to abuse the Edges and Flaws): I'm hoping to curb him before he manages to infect the rest of the players (most of whom are munchies on recovery). And it looks like I've got two new characters to intro, one of which will be replacing an earlier character (I'm getting kinda sick of this, y'know?)

Well, we managed to get through Peacemaker (the adventure in NAN-1), one totally improvised adventure, and most of Blackfire (avaible at The Shadowrun Archive). Next session should finish up Blackfire and set up a lot of dowtime. I'll get those NPCs intro'd yet;). At least two players are wanting to run games soon (one of them's got a couple of adventure's that he's writing, one short, one longer, and the other is hoping to run Eye of the Eagle (the adventure in NAN-2). The first guy may be a little disappointed when he doesn't get to run his games right away, but character development is a little bit more important at this point than getting ¥;). We might be getting a rigger soon, to replace the shapeshifter...

Good news! Next game is this weekend (Jan. 24-26). Probably starting with a mostly new batch of characters (again *sigh*), and I'll be GMing. Details to follow, possibly including profiles on the current characters.

Things are starting to get rolling now, though we've only played one game. At least we've gotten started:) Most of the characters are a tad over-powered (a were-wolf shaman, a vampire mage, and a free spirit). I've picked up the SR Companion:), Awakenings:), Shadowtech:), the GM's Screen:)) and Bug City (thanks JD!). I didn't get to GM the last game (one of the players volunteered, which is a good thing) but I'll be giving the players heck in January with the introduction of several NPCs that could become pivotal if we met a little more often (like once a week instead of once a month:(  ). I won't post them here (too many of the players are Internet-capable) but as I use them, I'll post some of the NPC roughs, including some stuff on their personality and background, or at least what the PCs know of it:)
