First Modern Day appearance: Thunderbolts #37.
Legal status: Citizen of the U S with no criminal record.
Previous aliases: None.
Group Affiliation: All-star quad, Invaders, The V-Battalion.
Powers: David has the ability to spin the top of his torso at super speeds, like a Human Top, he gained this power after having a blood transfusion from the original Human Torch.

Little is known about David save that he was a hero during World War Two and that he retired after the war and accepted a position on the Penance Council.
