Yokosuka is one of the subsectors Industrial Giants known for their expansive naval shipyard facilities.  Shipbuilding is one of the largest industries here and Sumitomo LIC is the megacorperation that has made this world what it is.  hundreds of orbital shipyards and tenders surround this world and a massive shipyard the size of the state of Texas in terran terms does planetfall shipwork.  Factories work around the clock producing ship parts and computers.  Antything concerning ships is built here.

Yokosuka's government is basically a large civil service bureaucacy broken into many groups that handle various aspects of ones life here.  There is a Civil defense department that is both the police and military then there is the employment department who decides where your skills are needed most assigning you a job. There is an entertainment department that handles all forms of media and entertainment options. a transportation department that handles movement  and travel of the citizens and there is the civil authority that handles lawmaking and is the main governing body jsut to name a few but the departments are many and is most confusing to the average off worlder.

Yokosuka's dense atmoshere is rich with oxygen most off worlders need to filter equipment to avoid becoming dizzy but some come for its rejuvinating power it has on some off worlders.
