Hello. So, you'd like to join the Wildcards, eh? Well, that can be arranged. Very easily actually, since there are no requirements. The purpose of the Wildcards is to train until you're good enough to become a full Renegade. Once in a while, the Wildcards may even help the Renegades on missions.
