Warders are fighting men Bonded by Aes Sedai. Their chief
purpose is to protect their Aes Sedai. The Bond is a thing of the
One Power and helps them to accomplish this purpose. Through the
Bond, they can sense where their Aes Sedai is and whether she is injured.
They also heal faster and can go longer without food and sleep than most
men.
