Varan the Unbelievable

Review

A group of men go to an island to conduct anti-saline experiments in a salt water lake. The locals warn them of their god, the Obaki, but they don't listen. They conduct the experiments, and Varan, the Obaki comes out. He destroys the small village where the lake is, then heads for Onita, the only modern city on the island. The military finally shoots a bomb into Varan's mouth, where it explodes. He then goes into the sea, where it explodes again.
