This is Mr. Krump's trailer, which also belongs to Tom.  The awning above the front door (not shown here) was built by the XF crew just for the episode.  They left it with Tom and it now resided in front of Tom's shed.  The trailer was only  a few yards from the house even though it appears to be much further away in the episode.
