Ember is a little wad of fire that is for sure. "Where there's a will there's a way." Should be Ember's motto. She is impetuous, impatient and will get herself and her brother Suntop into trouble if there is a way to do it. She is exactly like Cutter was at that age. Thick headed, strong willed and hot tempered. She definitely never takes no for an answer. She will inherit Leetah's beauty and hopefully some of her level headed temperament. She is fiercely loyal to her family and tribe and someday will serve them well as their leader but for now she can be more than a little annoying to her father and the rest of the pack.
Suntop discovered early on that he had special powers. Tutored by his mentor Savah he learned to control the images that would come to him from far away. These images lead to the discovery of the Gliders and Blue Mountain . Winnowill sought to posses Suntop and his extraordinary powers, but this eventually lead to her downfall as the Wolfriders and Savah fought to protect him (See Graphic Novel #3).
Suntop couldn't be more the opposite of his twin sister Ember if he tried. Shy and reserved he has a wisdom and countenance beyond his years. He is much more like Leetah than Cutter in that respect.
Suddenly a strange, hoarse voice growls at the villagers, "That 'spindly youth' is my son! And he's worth the lot of you put together!! He can teach you to hunt and to fight! It's your own hides if you're too fancy to learn.!"
