Sister of Lilandra, Deathbird is the former empress of the Shi'ar Empire, desposed with the X-Men's help. Her alien metabolism is superior to a human's, and thus she possesses incredible strength, endurance and speed. Deathbird is armed with razor-sharp wing spurs, vicious talons and deadly, compact javelins. She is a warrior to be feared, and he berserker rages match even those of Wolverine, though her sanity is more questionable. Recently, she seems to have gone quite mad, kidnapping Bishop from the X-Men and professing to love him. Time will tell if this only another of her deadly games...
