earthquake and the resulting Tsunami and floods dealt a devastating loss of lives and livelihood in the many nations impacted in the
region," Jaime Lim, P.E., president of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) said in an e-mail notification
that has also reached our desk.
"In our effort to

The Philippine
American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO)
The Philippine American Chamber of
Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) is an association of businesses, organizations and individuals working to promote and improve the business
climate in the Philippine and American communities on both sides of the Pacific.
As such, the Chamber aims to
promote trade, investment, tourism and other economic activities between the Philippines and the Pacific Northwest. It constitutes a forum
for the discussion of vital issues affecting Philippine-American trade and economic relations. The Chamber aims to become a clearing house
for Philippine-American trade and economic information, providing its members and the community with a direct link toward achieving their
full business potential.
Closer to home, there are a number
of ways PACCO membership can benefit businesses. Most important among these are the networking opportunities with other businesses and
people who make a difference.
The Chamber sponsors programs and services designed to give vital information support necessary in the operation of a successful
business. The Chamber also has social activities designed to promote additional networking opportunities.
