A basic self-defense workshop for women and gay men
Become aware of your surroundings and learn how to avoid criminal and
dangerous situations. You will also learn basic hand-to-hand combat moves
and anti-assault tactics.
SLOTS ARE LIMITED so we are encouraging early registration.
Come in your most comfortable sport/exercise outfit. Don't forget your
towels!
