  • Send an official insertion order by a simple letter by mail to The Advertisement Manager, Asom Yearbook, Saraighat Prakashan, Industrial Estate, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati - 781021, Assam.

  • Mention for insertion in specific chapter if any.

  • Enclose the advertisement material to reach latest by 15 December 2003.

  • Keep in touch by Phone or Fax.

Terms and Conditions

  • Terms of payment is negotiable.

  • Cheques/Drafts are to be issued in favour of 'Saraighat Prakashan'.

  • The payments must be made within 45 days of publication of the yearbook.

  • Advertisement materials are to be supplied by the advertiser.

  • For 'four colour advertisement', positive to be supplied by the advertiser.

  • Quality of published advertisement will depend upon the materials supplied by the advertiser. So, good quality materials are preferred.

  • The rates are for display of advertisement in one issue only.

  • Saraighat Prakashan reserves the right to refuse any advertisement without assigning any reason.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gauhati High Court only.
