This is a photo postcard. Written on the back of the photo it says: From: "Baby Jones, Ovvie Locke". I'm not sure if that's who the babies are or what. The "Baby Jones" could be Tommy Jones. The only problem is that Tommy was born in 1909 and Ovvie was born in 1904, so I don't see how it could be them. They are very cute no matter who they are!
