Our reflection on the Jesuit and Ignatian traditions invites us to view the Ateneo Graduate School of Business as the major instrument of the Ateneo de Manila University in the pursuit of its vision and mission in the fields of business and management for both the public and the private sectors.

We are committed to be a truly leading business and management educational institution for the fully employed learner seeking to become a professional manager and business leader for the country and the region.

We commit ourselves to the development and offering of management programs that integrate the technical, social, political, and ethical dimensions of the profession, both in theory and practice.

We will elevate and sustain our presence in business and management education through the design and delivery of programs that recognize the distinctiveness and uniqueness of our markets.

In all we do, we seek academic excellence and appropriate application so that we may make a decisive impact on the professional and personal lives of our students, and on the institutions to which they belong, and the sector to which they are a part.
