One-half of that goes to the International organization for your membership in Toastmasters International. The other half is allotted for club operating expenses. The one time new member fee provides new members with Toastmasters' Communication and Leadership Manual (C&L), we refer to it as the basic manual. It contains the first ten communication projects, a series of stepping stones leading to effective public speaking.

The new member packet from Toastmasters International also contains three other useful communication manuals, including one on humor.

Three Advanced C & L Manuals are included in the one time fee. Upon completion of the basic manual members receive three advanced Communication and Leadership manuals of their choice selected from 14 different interest areas.

The Advanced C&L Manuals provide specific areas of
training.
Members can select those most appropriate to their needs: business, professional, civic, or personal pleasure.
Among the Advanced C&L program selections are: Speaking to Inform, Speeches by Management, Public Relations, The Discussion Leader, The Professional Salesperson, Communicating on Television, The Entertaining Speaker, and Storytelling and the Technical Presentation.

6:15 in the morning? Yes.
Its an uplifting positive way
To start anyone on an enthusiastic day . . .
. . .the Toastmaster way!
