         The hungarians of Austria live in Burgenland region,
         where there is also a croat
         minority. This regions goes along the Hungarian border.
         The most popular Hungarian name for Burgenland, the
         easternmost and also youngest province of Austria, used by
         the Hungarians of that region is Õrvidék
         (`border-guard region'). In the 1991 census, there were
         270.880 people in Burgenland, and Hungarians were 6,763
         (2.8%). Croats were 19,460 (8.1 %). Regarding spellings, see
