Welcome to Ooltewah High School Army JROTC. We are located just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee in Ooltewah, "The Home of the Owls." COL Donald E. Willey started our Army JROTC program in 1983, and ever since then he has touched the lives of many young people and set standards for all to come.
