O Lord Jesus Christ, whod didst go about doing good and healing all manner of disease amongst the people, lay thy healing hand upon Sarah, and if it be thy will, restore her to her former health. May thy almighty strength support her her weakness, and defend her from the enemy. May thy sustaining prescence be with her to soothe each ache and pain.

O spare her a little, that she may recover her strenth before she goes hence and is no more seen. Heal her, o Lord, and she shall be healed. Save her and she shall be saved., for thou art her strength.

Write, O Lord, thy sacred wounds on her heart that she may never forget them, and that in them she may read thy pains, that she may bear patiently every pain for thee. Write thy name on her heart that she may love only thee.

Lord, be merciful to her, a sinner: Jesus, Son of the Living God, have mercy on her.

I commend her soul to God her Creator Who made her out of nothing.: to Jesus Christ her Saviour, Who hath redeemer her his precious Blood: to the Holy Ghost, who sanctified her her in Baptism.. Into thy hands, O Lord, I commend her spirit.

Let thy holy angels defend her from all powers of darkness. Let Mary, Mother of God and all the blessed saints, pray for her, a poor sinner.
