For all practicing of martial arts, the self defense calls "Ju Jitsu".

Even if it can have more names and adjectives depending on the origin country, in order to better understanding we'll use the same name changing it, speaking about historians, with other names and with the word " fight ", this last one, but, not in sport sense.

"Ju Jitsu" literal meant become from the union of the words " Ju ", that means tender, soft, kind, and " Jitsu " that it wants to say technique. Ju Jitsu can be defined, in terms of application to the defense and offense, like the exploitation of the slight knowledge offered from the human anatomy; in synthesis it is a complete study of the defects of the human body to the aims of one more and more effective and ready personal defense.

The main difference from whichever other type of fight or combat, is that Ju Jitsu is not subordinated to the force developed from the muscles, in fact the effort or the force in the attack or taken of the adversary, due to elementary physical laws, will be used against themselves and to the service therefore of Ju Jitsu.

The better way for describe it probably is to cite the following famous lesson of martial arts: " Nothing is more soft than a breath of air or a water drop, but who can resist to the force of a typhoon or a wave of flood? II typhoon or the flood wave is not other that the movements of mass of the air or the water, that they have had beginning in a air breath or only water drop both cedevoli. II good practicing, é rilassato, physically to its comfort, spiritually illuminated, but possesses the ability to rendersi equal to a furious typhoon or a gigantic wave of flood and to sweep every way obstacle, when é in danger its life or that one of that it loves. Therefore when it is succeeded to gain that that yields with that it does not yield it wants to say that é caught up the Zenith of the preparation... "
