Poems on Acheivement
SUFFERING AND PAIN
A Busted Right HandExercising my wrist with weights my right hand went click
A Lovely PaintingI saw a lovely painting of a large table well set
A One Armed MamaI have joined an elite group of people
A Pain in the BackFor a few days now I've had a pain in my back
AlthoughAlthough I am quite sick, not well, I am not sad
Another MigraineThe flashing lights, steel bands, stabbing pain
Bandages for leporsAbout four feet long and four inches wide
Broken HeartDo we suffer needlessly with a broken heart
BurdensSometimes when it seems that burdens pile up high
Homeless and Cold Whipping winter winds, blinding snow
EffortI watched a boy walking, in each hand a cane
Feelin' Yucki I realy did'nt sleep well
Headachessome headaches you can work through
How Is She Today? Some people have a problem with many that are around
Ill At Ease Have you ever felt restless
Little BridesmaidA small buch of flowers clutched in the hand
KidnapingThe pain and the torment in patents mind and heart
Living in DarknessYears ago when men cared nought for beast or man
MemoriesMemories, like falling leaves drift past my minds eye
MigrainesSqueezing, crushing, stabbing, steel picks forever driving,
Remembering 9.11Remembering the horror, not beliieving what we saw
The Old ViolinistHe had played in the stree, earned little at all
Touched By Hopedirt, filth and debris lay around everywhere
Try To SmileWhen one is feeling ill, rather sick and in some pain
Under the WeatherHe looks like death warmed over
War WasteMarching, marching, marching along a dusty road
