This book is one of my all time favorites. It belonged to a lady by the name Mary Elizabeth Owens, 1920. I believe she used it in a class she was taking. There are notes written throughout the book as to what was to be studied and when. The book has color platelettes along with an index. There is a reference to Athens on pages 173 and 174. Referencing the besieging and reduction of Athens by Sulla.
