This Trinity chaplet is based on the ancient creeds of the Church, particularly the Nicene Creed and Apostles' Creed.
It is unusual in that it uses the "introit" beads (the extra black beads which hang off the main string) at the end instead of the beginning.
I have colour-coded the numbers to make it easier to tell which beads are used for which meditation.
