Copyright Notice

All material on this site is in copyright to me, Mike McMillan, as noted at the top of the various pieces.

This Notice gives any person the right to download and/or distribute any material from the site for personal use or not-for-profit purposes, subject to the following conditions:

1. All use of the material in other publications or documents must be appropriately credited, whether it is used in whole or in part. Where feasable this credit should include the URL of the source document, otherwise an attribution to me is sufficient.

2.
