Col. Jonathan Bagley's 3rd Massachusetts Provincial Regiment, "A" Company


Bagley's 3RD Massachusetts Provincial Regiment, 1st Company is part of the New England Living History Association. The N.E.L.H.A. recreates three time periods in Massachusetts military history. The first being Col. Jonathan Bagley's 3Rd Mass. which is our primary focus. The second is Col. Thomas Gardners 1st Middlesex Regiment from 1774 to 1776. The 3RD Mass. Regiment from 1776 to 1778 rounds out the program.

Members of the N.E.L.H.A. come from Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
The unit has attended events at Fort Ticonderoga, Fort Western and Fort No. 4. The unit also attends the annual ceremony / reenactment at the Concord Bridge each spring. Members also get together a few times each year for period camping / tactical weekends, day treks and workshops.

  • May 1-2 : Fort Western, Me.
  • June 25-27th : Grand Encampment, Ft. Ticonderoga
  • July 23-25 : Fortress Louisbourg
  • October 23-24 : Pound Ridge N.Y.
