Two Applehead Dolls
The one on the left is a "Chef" with all his cooking utensils and the one on the right is a "Peddlar Woman" with a basket full of sewing items.

These dolls are made from pretty pillowcases -- one features an embroidered design and the other a combination lace and embroidery design which forms the long skirt.
