Materials: Tape or disc of a Chilean Cueca

Time: Depending on how precise you wish students to learn this dance, probably 2 - 45 minute periods.

Activities: The Cueca is the national dance of Chile, and imitates the mating dance of the chicken and the rooster. There are various types of Cuecas. Most Chileans know this dance, from early on in their lives. See the attached resources for the history of this dance and the steps.
