The Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are goal-centered. Each one starts with an objective and ends with a review and action plan. Each session lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Expect to roll up your sleeves and be highly engaged in a one-on-one workshop.

Sessions typically take place by phone. However, if you are local, we can meet in person as well.

Your Coaching Plan is time limited, typically 6 to 10 sessions, depending on the issues and goals (length is determined at the first session). Plans may be revised as your needs change, or renewed for new or expanded goals.

I am available for shorter “check-in” phone calls when issues are “up” for you. Email contact between sessions is also available.

An introductory “get to know you” session is available free of charge, and typically happens by phone. This is a no-risk opportunity to see if the timing and fit feel right for you.
