4)..Taking care and solving any problems,  through the permit

5)..Advising and counseling the planners, according to needs

.........and requests of the initiators,  within sales demands and in

.........coordination with the authorities demands and the law.
.
6)..See that all contractors get the correct execution plans.

7)..Make sure that any changes in the plans, are distributed to

.........the contractors so they work according to up-to-date plans.

8)..Seeing that any changes of plan made by the clients, after

.../.....the signature of the contract,  will be added to the original

.........plans and will be given to the contractors involved in the
