GUEST INFORMATION

This is a privately owned home and you are guest of the owner who has taken great care to assure your comfort. Please take, care of this home as you would your own. Remember, you are in the mountains, there are various critters, Including spiders, spider webs and dust which can be created overnight House keeping does everything they can to minimize these conditions. Our weather creates hazardous conditions, be careful Sierra Vacation Rentals, Inc. Will not be responsible and win be held harmless from accidents or injuries occurring due 10 snow and ice.

CONSERVE ENERGY: Lower heat to 55 and auto (not off) and turn off all lights, TV, radio and appliances when not in use.

Check-out Procedures

If checkout procedures are not followed, you will be charged accordingly. Your credit card on file for security will be charged.

CHECK-OUT IS 11:00 AM

Please adhere to these times. Guests are often arriving and departing on the same day, several hours are required in between for cleaning and combination changes. There is a $50.00 fee for late checkouts. THANK YOU!

1. PLACE DISHES IN DISHWASHER AND START THE WASH CYCLE.

2. START A LOAD OF TOWELS. IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO HOUSEKEEPING DUE TO LONG DRYING TIMES. WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

3. REMOVE HOUSEHOLD REFUSE TO EXTERIOR TRASH CANS.

4. TURN OFF ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.

5. MAKE SURE ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CLOSED AND LOCKED, TURN HEAT TO 55 AND AUTO NOT "OFF" (PIPES CAN FREEZE) AND TURN LIGHTS OFF.

6. CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS, MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. '

7. ALL OTHER CLEANING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM CHARGE.

The water shut-off valve & open drain is located under rear deck. Open Storage door reach towards your left to shut off and open drain valve. Circuit Breaker is located in the Laundry Room Water Heater and Furnace is located in the small room inside the garage. Undo latch and get in.
