Lease Schedule - a template to compare two lease options.

Offset Data Validation - an example of a data validation list using Excel's OFFSET function. Sheet1 has a field for Employee Name that's populated by a table (range name is Employee - Insert|Name|Define from the main menu) in the sheet named "Lookup Table". The table is dynamic; if you add an employee at the bottom of the list you don't have to re-size the named range. Add a new name at the bottom of the table and it will show up on the data list for cell A1 in Sheet1.
Very handy - the user simply adds records at the bottom of the list, no inserting rows to keep the named range intact!
