A Community Leader is a homesteader who has stepped forward and volunteered to share his/her knowledge of web page building, HTML, JAVA, JAVA Script,
GeoCities and more with fellow homesteaders to help ease the "Move In Terrors" that some people experience when they begin their first homepages. These people are dedicated helpers who spend many hours online to
