Clayton - Day 1
Day 1 - Rigs, Crum Creek, The Caves
Our first day in Clayton started out especially sweet since we got rated a 6 after only being rated a 3 the last time we were there on Memorial Day weekend. Actually, the tech inspector made a minor mistake and thought we had 33" tires when we only had 31" tires, therefore, we really should have been rated a 5 instead. But it was still an ego booster knowing that we could finally run with the Big Dogs!!
Now you're probably asking yourself why we did Crum Creek and The Caves when those trails are only rated a 2. Well, our friends and PoP club members, the Rays, have just started trailriding and they rated a 2 on their new Jeep so we chose to hang with them on their first day. Even though Crum Creek and The Caves aren't super challenging, they are still very scenic and fun for the ladies like myself to drive on.
