Manx Cats

This photo was borrowed from a Manx web page and shows one red tabby and one red tabby and white kitten.  They both have the typical low, rocker-cradle ear set, rather short legs, and clear tabby markings.
The fellow on the left is a red classic tabby, and you can see the stump of a tail rising at his rump.  He would not be able to be shown, but would be a valuable cat in a breeding program with tail-less females.
This is a solid white "rumpy", or showable, Manx.  The photo doesn't show the eye colour, but it could be gold, blue or odd-eyed.  His extremely flared ear set and deep body from back to belly are well demonstrated, as is his round, tailless hind.
This brown tabby tailless Manx was shown on a web page from the Isle of Man, and demonstrates a fluffy rise at the rump.  This cat has good depth of flank, but has quite a long body, and its ears are set too high and upright.  It's legs are longer than the above cat's, but are in proportion to it's body.

Tra Mar Mosaic of Arrow
GC Jayess Boolie of Moonsign
These two final cats on this page are beautiful examples of show quality, North American Manx. Mosaic, on the left is a spayed Patterned Tortoiseshell and White female, while Boolie on the right is a Brown Mackerel Tabby whole male.  They both have wonderful broad round heads, short legs, and absolutely round rumps.
