Any resemblance to any other tutorial like this is purely coincidental. This tutorial was written March 18, 2004. Thank you, © Barb's Hideaway For this tutorial, you will need Jasc Paint Shop Pro. You can download a trial version here. You will also need my selection file, click here. Unzip it into your selections folder. However, it doesn't work for PSP 7. You will need to pixel paint the outline using the guide below. Step 1 Open a new image, 50 x 50 pixels, transparent, 16 million colors. Step 2 For the outline, load the selection: Selections > Load from disk > bh_purse1. Flood fill with #F94790. Deselect. If using PSP 7, you will need to pixel paint the outline according to this guide: ![]() Step 3 Use the magic wand to select inside of purse. ![]() Flood fill with #FCB4D3. Selections > Float. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Cutouts and use these settings: vertical & horizontal=0, opacity=77%, blur=15, shadow color=#F94790, fill with interior color - unchecked and click on OK. Adjust > Add/remove noise > Add noise: uniform at 5% then OK. Deselect. Step 4 Use the magic wand to select the left side of the purse. ![]() Flood fill with #FCB4D3. Float the selection and apply same cutout, but change the blur to 10. Apply noise: uniform, 5%. Deselect. Decorate as desired and enjoy! ![]() ![]() ![]() I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
