Denise Okuda's credits include Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, four Star Trek movies, and promotional work for 20th-Century Fox's cult classic, "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai: Across the Eighth Dimension". Taking advantage of her degree in nursing, Denise has occasionally served as a medical consultant to the writing staff of Star Trek. Her hobbies include tropical fish and frequent trips to Yosemite National Park. She is active in supporting environmental causes and is an ardent fan of the Green Bay Packers.
Denise currently works as a scenic artist and video supervisor for Enterprise. Along with her husband, Michael, Denise is a co-author of the "Star Trek Chronology: The History of the Future," an associate producer on Simon and Schuster Interactive's "Star Trek: The Captain's Chair" CD-ROM, and a consultant on "Buckaroo Banzai: Ancient Secrets & New Mysteries." Other recent "extracurricular" projects include the updated trade paperback edition of the "Star Trek Encyclopedia" and the amazing "Star Trek Sticker Book" from Pocket Books.
Denise lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and their dogs, Molly and Tranya.
