Picard says:

Come. (2 sips if he's in the Captains quarters)
Captains Log. (2 sips if it's a supplemental)
Proceed.
Number One .....

Riker says:
Anything which resembles swearing (2 sips) (3 if he says hell)
What the hell is going on (whole drink!!)

Worf says:
Impressive.
Admirable.
Growls.

Data says:
Fascinating.
Intriguing.
Interesting.
Accessing.

The following events happen...

Riker walks forward as if he's trying to knock down an imaginary door with his forehead.
Picard straightens his uniform (2 sips if Riker does).
Patrick Stewart tries to speak French.
Picard has an accident. (2 sips if it draws blood, 3 if fatal)
Data performs a self-diagnostic.
Data's innards are exposed.
Data uses his strength.
Data pets or holds Spot.
Action is sped so that we see Data's superhuman speed.
Geordi's VISOR picks up some unusual electromagnetic or particle emission from something.
Geordi's VISOR is knocked or taken off.
Beverly can't figure out some bizarre medical problem.
Deanna senses something shocking.
Deanna tells us how she loves chocolate. (2 if she eats some)
Deanna uses her empathic sense to tell somebody else something which is very obvious.
A crew member drinks something. (2 if it's Picard, 3 if it's his tea, 4 if it's Earl Grey.
A Bridge officer is shown in casual clothing. (2 if it's Beverly in a sweater, 3 if it's Picard in his chest revealing bed-wear.
A Bridge officer appears in dress uniform.
Transporter room 3 is used. (Applies only to Transporter room 3)
People are addressed by their first name. (2 if there is sexual tension involved.)
2 people kiss - 2 sips.
Someone reads a book.
Someone plays a musical instrument. (2 if it's Data.)
Holodeck is used.
Picard preaches the Prime Directive. (2 if it's anyone else.)
Someone preaches about humanity's unique potential.
A Bridge officer is abducted / possessed by an alien entity. (Four if it's Picard.)
An old Earth saying is brought up. (2 if Data has to have it explained to him.)
Somebody implies that 10 forward is the hippest place for Galaxies around.
Every time a force field is activated.
They play the Ominous Horns theme music.
A Shuttle malfunctions. (2 if it crashes. 3 If it explodes.)
A Level 1 diagnostic is performed.
Klingon is spoken.
Someone swears in Klingon - 2 drinks.
2 drinks per scene when Klingons are alone and have no reason to speak English, but do so anyway.
Each scene in which a nifty new Romulan ship is shown.
Yellow Alert.
Red Alert - 2 sips
Saucer separates from / docks with the battle section - finish your current drink.
They contact someone on the intercom / communicator without going to a panel or touching anything.
A communicator isn't working or is being jammed. (2 if it's out of range.)
Another officer boards the Enterprise.
Bridge command is handed over.
There's a countdown. (2 if it's a self-destruct sequence.)
The Enterprise avoids a confrontation instead of kicking ass with a full spread of Photon Torpedoes and Phasers.
A crew member resorts to diplomacy as opposed to fighting.
The Enterprise gets into a fight - 2 drinks.
Someone uses a hand Phaser set to stun. (2 if set to kill. 3 if Phaser rifle.)
Worf kicks ass in hand to hand combat.
Worf is told not to fight but does anyway.
Worf kills Duras with his Bat'leth - Whole drink + applause.
Picard quotes Shakespeare.
You're thirsty.
