After the final attack, both Yoh and Ren lose all of their over souls. The battle result is draw. So, Yoh and Ren can both enter the final round of Shaman Fight, and they become friends.

The final round of Shaman Fight will begin in the next 3 months. Yoh and his friend have time off to relax.

One day, Yoh was attacked by the mysterious duo monks, Bo'Z. Bo'Z are planning to steal Amidamaru's soul from Yoh. Just before Yoh lose, Ryu appeared and help Yoh with his shaman power. Ryu has become Shaman because of Yohmei. He teamed up with Tokagero, and he also passed the challenges to enter the final round of Shaman Fight!

Ren decided to go back to China to defeat his father. However, Tao En was too strong. Ren and Jun were imprisoned. Bason escaped to Yoh's house and asked Yoh and his friends to help Ren.
