| Sept. 27 | Bring a Friend Night | - Girls brought a friend and we played fun games all night like guide jeopardy and playdough pictionary. |

| Oct 15 - 17 | Halloween Camp | - had a camp at Gesstwood with a halloween theme. Great Camp! |
| Oct. 18 | Promise and Law | - 3rd year did a promise craft with girls, updated records, made slime!! |
| Oct. 25 | El Dia de los Muertos | - we made bread (and ate it!), learned about the mexican holiday and practiced some of their customs. |
| Nov 1 | El Salvador Twinning Project | -doing the rest of the requirements for the twinning project. |

years - descussed program, looked at book. 2nd years - made invitations for enrolment. 3rd years - looked at program |
| Nov. 15 | Enrollment | - only 3 guests but we did it surgeon style! Email us if you are intersted in doing this with your group for more info. |
| Nov. 22 | Meeting at the Park | - played a night game, had hot chocolate and marshmallows roasted over candles. Also had an alphabet scavenger hunt. |
| Nov. 29 | Program | - 1st years - brought items from our past and discussed why we would want to keep things from past |
| Dec. 6 | Christmas Meeting | - decorated cookies, made, soldier ornaments, played christmas games |
| Dec. 13 | Christmas Party | - drawing contest/candy guess, handed out gifts, decorated ceramic cups, played Christmas Bingo. Ate Christmas Goodies. Collected toys for toy drive. |

| Jan. 31 | Popcorn Day | - We had popcorn with different flavored shakers and gummi bears and smarties too. We watched Muppets In Space while we ate our popcorn. We also strung popcorn on string and then put it on the trees for the birds. |
| Feb. 7 | Badge Work | - We had sessions for three badges. Artist, Creative Drama and Peace. The girls got to choose which ones they wanted to go for. They also could be tested for other badges. This was to encourage going for badges. |
| Feb. 14 | Valentine's Day/Program | - we handed out our valentines, made a cute craft and did a little program. |
| Feb. 21 | Thinking Day | - We had a thinking day meeting. We learned about the B-P's and played some games to help us remember it. |
| Feb. 24 | Pathfinder Visit (Thurs) | - we had a great time at the pathfinder meeting. They taught us 2 new games which we play at our meetings now. We met a guide from last year that flew up and Guider Barb met a pathfinder whom she had as a spark! |
| Feb. 28 | All About Camp and Program | - We had two guest speakers come in to give us a presentation about summer camp. They were two other guides from another group. Guider Barb and J.L. Kathleen also did a presentation. Parents came for the meeting and we handed out forms for various camp opportunites. |
| Mar. 3-5 | Camp - Heritage | Unfortunately, camp was cancelled due to lack of participation. It was't worth it for 6 girls. (we had 7 then plus one from another group, two couldn't go) |
| Mar. 6 | Program and Talk | - we did program (haha) Each level had 1 girl to work with. We went outside and did an obstacle course. There were three girls at the meeting. This is when we brought up the idea of merging with the other group. (See below in red) |

| **A bunch of girls dropped out and so left us at 6 girls. We thought about merging with the other guide group in our district, but Guider Barb, Guider Christa and J.L. Kathleen wouldn't be able to make it to meetings on time everyday. We decided to stay with our small group for the rest of the year and try to finish up our program. ** | ||

| May 1 | Brownie Visit/Science | Our third year planned a science night with round robin activities and the brownies were visited to see what we do. |
| May 8 | Program/Fitness | We finished up program and did a group fitness thing for program. Games, dance and excercise. |
| May 15 | Program/First Aid | We finished up program and did First Aid part of program, |
| May 22 | NO MEETING | No Meeting Because Of Victoria Day |
| May 27 | Trip to Wonderland! | We took our Guides to Wonderland for the day. We travelled in cars, and we almost didn't go because of cancellations, but it was really fun and we are going again in 3 years. |
| May 29 | Awards Night | Last meeting, Parents invited, we handed out awards and advanced our only 3rd year. |

District Camp | Our District had a camp with the theme of water. Only one of our guides went (we only have 5) but Guider Barb was on the committee. |
