As Wood Burns in Fire
Natural power of anything does not wait for other's devotion, such as fire
or Amrit. Fire's nature is burning others, Amrit's nature is to make a living
being immortal. They do not wait for the intention of others. His name does not
only wash sins but also is the way to get Moksh.
Ashwashir
Dadheechi knows Yagya-Karm and Brahm Vidyaa. Knowing this, one day, Ashwinee
Kumaar came to him and requested to teach them that Vidyaa. Dadheechi
said - "At present I am busy, you may come some other time."
Ahwinee Kumaar went away. As they went, Indra came and said - "Muni Jee,
Ashwinee Kumaar are Vaidya, don't teach this Vidyaa to them, and if you don't
obey me then I will cut your head." After saying this Indra went away. Then
Ashwinee Kumaar came again to Dadheechi Jee at some other time to learn that Vidyaa.
Dadheechi told everything about Indra's warning. At this Ashwinee Kumaar said -
"We will cut your head and join a horse's head before Indra cuts your head.
You teach us from horse's head, and then when Indra will come and cut your head,
we will again join your own real head." Muni accepted this. Thus
because that knowledge was taught through a horse's mouth it was called "Ashwashiraa".
And Muni was called Ashwashir.

Rishi
Rin
There are three types of Rin on a human being when he comes in this world. Daksh
Jee is talking about them. It is obligatory that a human being must pay all Rin before he dies. The three Rin are Dev Rin, Pitra Rin,
and Brahm Rin. Dev Rin is paid by doing Sandhyaa Vandan and Yagya; Pitra Rin is
paid by doing Pind Daan and Tarpan ; and Brahm Rin is paid by producing a son
(means as Brahmaa has produced us, we should also extend our species further by
producing children).

Shachee
Shachee, Maharshi Pulomaa's daughter, is Indra's wife. When Indra had the Paap
of killing Vritraasur, and He hid in a lotus stem for one year, Raajaa Nahush
took control of Swarg because of his Tap. Raajaa Nahush became proud of his
Indra Pad, so one day he demanded to have Shachee. Shachee got very sad and
thought of some way to save herself. She came up with a plan. She accepted his
invitation on one condition that if he would come to her in a Paalakee lifted on
the shoulders of Braahman then she will be his. Raajaa Nahush was blind with the
pride of his Indra Pad, so he also accepted her condition. Immediately he called
for Paalakee and ordered Braahman to carry him to Indra's palace. Counselors
advised him not to do so, but he wouldn't listen to and he stayed firm on his
intention. So Paalakee came with Braahman to lift it. He sat in that Paalakee
(palanquin) and Braahman carried him towards Indra's palace. Braahman didn't have the habit
to carry load, so they were going slowly. Raajaa was impatient, and under that
impatience he asked Braahman to walk faster saying "Sarp, Sarp" means
"go faster, go faster", but its another meaning is "snake". When
Braahman could not walk faster he said it again hitting Agastya Muni with his
foot. This time Agastya Muni gave him Shaap
- "You are telling us "Sarp, Saarp" go, and become Sarp
(snake)" and Nahush became a Sarp (snake).
