No Love at Times Square

         11th December 2001,  Lucky Ali is now only in a song in "Love at Times Square" Lucky Ali is no more the star of Dev Anand's LOVE AT TIMES SQUARE. He only appears in song in the film. According to industry sources Lucky Ali gave more importance to his other film KAANTE than he did for Dev Anand's film. He decided to opt out himself. In fact, he send us a copy of his letter to Dev Anand, which says: "As I am very busy with my music recordings, I shall not be able to give my time for your movie, Love at Times Square, as an actor, and hence I request you to please relieve me from this commitment and oblige." But Lucky would still be composing the music of the film and also appear in a song.
