James Butler, the father of the Thomas
Butler, above, was the 6th great-grandfather of Bill, so, James, the
brother of this Thomas was the 5th great-grandfather, and the father
of John Butler, for whom Bill was really seeking some
information.
To put the sign and the gunshop in
perspective, Nancy is standing near the sign on the north side of
High Street. The Gunshop is located on Dickinson Ave, the small
street that runs along the back of this lot. We should give some
attention to George's Sub Shop, because that was the reference Steve
gave us to notice the sign....
Now, just to the left of Nancy's head,
here, you may see there is a very thin alley between the buildings -
let's take a peek:
Way back there, on the right, you can see
the roof of the gunshop.
But, first, let's move a little
closer....
Ah, there it is behind Nancy. A real neat
stone building!
Time for me to get back in the picture!
