must also be mailed to the above address. If using a personal check, it must be received two weeks prior to check-in. If Balance is to be received less than 15 days before arrival, it must be a cashier's
check. Once the Balance has been received, we will contact you with key pick-up information.
If you should need to cancel your reservation, a full refund of Deposit amounts will be given before 30
days of reservation date. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date, 50% of your deposit will be retained. Cancellations within 15 days of reservation date will require 100% of your deposit
amount to be retained.

Please read and sign one (1) copy of this Contract and return to us along with your Deposit to guarantee your reservation. Please keep a copy of this Contract for your records.
This
property will be fully inspected upon check-out. Please leave the unit in the condition in which you found it, except for general cleaning, which will be provided by the agent prior to each rental period.
Before departing please clean and put away all dishes, remove any left over food from refrigerator and kitchen, return furniture to its original location, close drapes, remove trash to its designated location, turn off
all lights and radios, and lock all windows and doors. The Guest who signs this lease agrees to be responsible for any and all damages inflicted upon the property and any family or guests that stay during the
rental time specified on this lease.
Local telephone calls are free of charge, however a calling card or credit card must be used for all long distance telephone calls. Any long distance calls
billed by the phone company during your reservation period will be deducted from your Security Deposit and an additional $20.00 service fee will be charged.
Pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
Smoking is allowed in the enclosed sun porch ONLY. In the event that evidence of these terms and conditions has not been kept, agent has the right and ability to evict tenants immediately and all rents shall be
forfeited. Any extra charges for cleaning, damage, missing items, lost keys, moving furniture, etc, will be deducted from your security deposit.
